When my closest childhood friend lost his mother, I watched him navigate the overwhelming process of settling her estate completely alone— the administrative chaos, the emotional weight, and the daunting task of figuring out what to do with a lifetime of belongings.

I stepped in to help however I could, and through that experience I discovered a real gap— families in transition need someone they can truly trust to handle the physical side of the process with care, respect, and efficiency.
